In Two Worlds II: Pirates of the Flying Fortress, a band of fame-hungry pirates led by the legendary
Captain Ed Teal, have become trapped in a cursed archipelago when their ship ran aground, where
they will be damned to remain forever until aided by a hero with a strong back(that’s you) and a

for a man tasked with finding the Treasure - an immaterial wealth said to manifest the beholder's
wildest dreams.

Orcs is raging in front of the gates of Oswaroth, the emperor waits in the depths of his palace on
the outcome of the struggle for power. However, he does not know that an elite troop of Orcs, led
by Rogdor, is making its way through secret paths into the fortress and is now close to the portals of
the throne room. Two Worlds II: Castle Defense gives you the opportunity to slip into the role of the
Emperor Gandohar and his henchman Sordahon! These villains from the "Two Worlds" universe are
now playable for the first time ever in this strategy game, thus opening an entirely new perspective
into the vast world of Antaloor. Using foresight and skill, you must defend abandoned ruins, dark
forests, and winding catacombs against the onrushing Orcs. Ward off each attack with clever tactics
and weaponry, defending Gandohar's throne in the Oswaroth fortress!

Two Worlds II: Echoes of the Dark Past

Released: December 7, 2017
Size: 839 MB
Store page: https://www.gog.com/game/two_worlds_ii_ ... _dark_past

About:
Return to Antaloor in a brand-new, three-map multiplayer adventure that bridges the events of "Two
Worlds II" and "Call of the Tenebrae"!

Even in the darkness that has enshrouded Antaloor, old friendships burn brightly! When Doctor
Lavarius, your old friend from Veneficus University in New Ashos sends you an unexpected letter
asking for help, you quickly rush to his aid... and the riches that usually follow his schemes!

It seems that the good Doctor has learned of some curiously abandoned structures located deep in
the forgotten Eastern Regions. Local legends claim that they were built by the Tenebrae, the cursed
order of vile monks who once mercilessly ruled Antaloor with an iron fist. The legends also say that no
human has entered these structures since the Order perished centuries ago... and that a great source of
ancient evil still exists deep in their depths, located in an underground lair! But those are just legends!
No one truly believes those childish tales! Besides, the stories were likely created to scare off intrepid
explorers looking to uncover the priceless Tenebrae artifacts and secrets. Perhaps there are even lost
Tenebrae technologies down there, worth more than a mine full of gold! Come to think of it, you’d
better hurry; the University has more leaks than a rotten boat and there’s no telling how many
cutthroats and treasure hunters have already heard about the doctor’s discovery. If you want the
treasures within, you must make haste before the rabble beats you to them. As you enter the first
dungeon, the giant stone gate slams shut behind you. You are met with only silence. And yet…it
seems as if the darkness is not empty. Slowly, the sounds of claws on stone and guttural moans reach
your ears…and they’re coming closer.

You fire your torch and unsheathe your blade- it appears that there’s more to the legends than you
thought. A grin touches your lips. Let them come!

● A multiplayer adventure with a complete storyline spanning three maps: "The Forbidden Mines",
"The Begrimed Grotto", and "The Ancient Temple"
● Each map contains the main quest chain in addition to a host of optional side-quests
● All new magic cards! Summon the lethal Tribal Rats, the helpful Marshland Motharks, and the
predatory Irenite Ants to assist you in combat
● New Tenebrae altars wait to be discovered, aiding your quest by restoring your health and mana
● Over 300 newly added and enhanced items for all classes, including clothing and weaponry, from
coats to armor, for both male and female warriors
● Fully upgradeable Irenite swords
● Updated weapon appearances with all new looks and visual effects
● Over 20 new paint pigments to color and customize your equipment, from earthy tones to bright,
colorful pastels
● Enemy markers have been reprogrammed and revamped to improve enemy spawning
● New chests scattered randomly throughout the adventure contain mighty power crystals
● Maps are packed with enemies, including bloodthirsty mercenaries, possessed cultists, freakish
● Irenite mutants, cursed spirits, crafty criminals, and the deadly "Dawgs", a vile offshoot of the Varn
tribe
● All non-quest equipment from "Two Worlds II", "Pirates of the Flying Fortress" and "Call of the
Tenebrae" is now available randomly in shops and chests.
● Monster packs have been upgraded and enhanced up to level 300 for increased difficulty,
providing a stiff challenge for even the mightiest warrior
● A new musical score composed specifically for this Multiplayer adventure
● Enemies now have access to all weapons, ramping up the challenge and making every area
progressively more dangerous with each replay

Hello, i didn´t know anything about this game until today i saw it at this post.
I´m spanish, so i had to download

1- Two Worlds II: Velvet Edition (SPN) v2.0.6 (23167)
2- Two Worlds II: Call of the Tenebrae (ENG) v2.0.6 (23167)
3- Two Worlds II: Castle Defense (MULTI LANG) v2.1.0.9
4- Two Worlds II: Epic Edition [Goodies] (manuals,guides.... optional)

but

5- Two Worlds II: Echoes of the Dark Past (1 + 2) ENG v2.0.6 (23167) <<-- Is only for multiplayer game?

So if i only wanna play solo game, with1.2.3.4 it´s all I need ? Or i can play solo Echoes of the Dark Past 1 and 2 too? i ask this because i read " Multiplayer notice: In order to access the multiplayer portion of the game, you must first enter your unique cd-key. This CD key can be found in your account page."

Thanks

It looks like you can't. There is no way to play multiplayer part of the game without a serial key.
There is a mod mentioned on gaming wiki https://pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Two_Worlds_II that merges multiplayer parts into single player, BUT people say it is sorta not for everyone, because it also mods vanilla single player in many ways. Some changes are good, some are plain bad. Here is a more or less detailed review on the mod's page on moddb site https://www.moddb.com/mods/worldmerge/reviews

Also, on gaming wiki there is an instruction on how to change Field of View, which is too low by default.

By the way, I played Two Worlds 1 and absolutely loved it and I would recommend you try it too (if you haven't already), because Two Worlds II is a direct sequel.

It seems to be a nice mod, but at instructions says that "All you require is the original Two Worlds 2 game (PC) and the corresponding Pirates of the Flying Fortress expansion (which automatically patches your game to vanilla version 1.3)" and the GOG game is 2.0.0.6.

may it will be compatible or will cause some problems?

Thanks :good:

Well, GOG 2.0.0.6 is just their own, GOG's, way of numbering the games they sell. When you install it, it is actually proper v1.3 or v1.4+ or something - I'm not sure (you have to install it to be sure).

As for the mod, it looks like it will work with ANY version of Two Worlds II, including this one here.
Check out this detailed comment on GOG site - there is a section about WorldMerge mod - it may help https://www.gog.com/forum/two_worlds_se ... aul/post19

Good luck!

Doom, we are not tech support for this or any game, but you can ask for help over here.. Technical issues with PC-Games

also a bit more information would be more useful, such as the windows version you are using.

ps. noticed you had the same or similar problem with Two Worlds.

Can anyone confirm if this GOG version is equivalent to the HD version on Steam? I'm asking because, unlike the steam version, the GOG version does not mention HD in the title or description... I checked GOG, MaGog and some forums, but I can't get a definitive answer.

From what I understand, the HD version includes the following:
► Engine Update Features
A completely overhauled graphic experience, from top to bottom
Higher view range and more landscape details make for an amazing visual experience
Improved light & shadow system
Detailed, high resolution models and crisp textures
Beautifully rendered effects with an atmospheric weather system
Achievements included for TWII Main Game, PotFF, COT and SE
Breathtaking vistas, haunted shipwrecks and lush forests rendered in stunning HD
