bigboss-62, have you tried changing compatibility mode to windows 7 ?

To do so, right click game's desktop shortcut, then select properties followed by Comapitibility tab, then...

...tick the box where it says Compatibility mode to be able to select from several OS options such as Win 7.
Once done click "Apply" followed by "OK".
Try the game.

If the above does not work, you may wish to try some of the other options available below it too,
like "Settings", which has color and resolution options.

sorry for late (to not say "very late") answer, but compatibility change doesn't fix my graphic problem on W10

At first look, it seems that i'm not the only one that encountered the problem
