Image integrity is necessary only for the CD/DVD that is inserted when the game boots up, so a single CloneCD can complement previously available iSO release of multiple CDs provided they are compatible, a CloneCD can therefore not be considered a dupe of a cracked iSO release, since size and contents differ. Furthermore: CloneCDs are not violating copyright laws, since one is allowed to keep a singular unmodified backup of a purchased software retail, by releasing a working backup we do not expect it to end up in the hands of people who profit by it or break the copyright laws otherwise.
