Hi, I can access drive.google.com, but then the download buttons do nothing (404 error).

Downloads fine here. Maybe you have a DNS problem. Or you can try with Tor browser.

If you have any addon in the browser, be sure to enable "allow thirdparty cookies"

nothing is working (Tor browser, VPN, allowing thirdparty cookies)... strange.
since yesterday I have a lot of problems trying to download from filehosting websites, all of them.
something changed in the web or in my tablet, I have to figure out what.

I agree. Although it's not the first of the last executables where I've seen that.

Own the game too and it is not signed when you download it from GOG library. Tools reported error and double checked. It's legit.

Yes, but wouldn't it look ever so slightly 'suspicious' to GOG, when someone who doesn't own the game reports an installer without a digital signature?
