Version 1.11 live | patch with some fixes

Hey everyone, version 1.11 is now live. These things have been fixed:

- fixed sorting of videos in startube
- satellite challenge: will always follow part with satellite during launch
- possible fix for rocket sometimes sinking through ground
- fixed parts 'industrial light' and 'car light'
- can't remove parts anymore by dragging during pipe mode
