DOOM 3 is the famous first-person shooter horror game released by id Software in 2004. A fan re-release is now available in HD quality (Resurrection of Evil included).

► Installation
You'll need the Steam version to play (it's possible the GOG version will also work, but not checked). (The game itself is not included in the remaster)
1. copy everything from doom 3 steam edition base & d3xp folders to the same folders in the remaster
2. copy DoomConfig.cfg file from the Doom upd folder to the base folder with a replacement
3. delete installed doom 3 steam edition
4. copy the remaster version in the folder doom 3
5. copy zzz_pak009.pk4 into base folder from Doom rus archive
6. copy zzz_pak109.pk4 into folder d3xp of Doom rus archive
7. run the game through d3le.bat

► Explanation
Yes, in the work is the original defect, textures are not superimposed as is now customary (for this there are no tools to old models to put in 3d max and a new texture on them and then put back in a format understandable engine).
