I think I might know the problem.
Try downloading to the root of your download drive.
It might be a file length issue.

I've rebooted my router, changed open ports, disabled firewall.
Nothing is helping.

Windows performed updates recently and rebooted 3 times.
THIS is now my only reason for 'things' not working!

Beware.

Just a quick note to let you know that the download is working now! Thanks for all your efforts, R3Tr0B8 – it is much appreciated!

EDIT: Download completed & the game successfully installed! The developer went with a Wine port for macOS, which is understandable because it's an old adventure game and is still not supported by ScummVM. In short, everything works just fine. Pressing F4 brings up the game menu.
