Yours is clearly a repack. But anyway, bin size is the same as mine's, but hash not. I already described in general thread why I think mine is also a repack.

I also found some additional evidence proving mine is also a repack. It's no wonder I was so unsure, it's the first one that someone would bother to recreate the sfv with dates close to the release date, all other repacks have simple sfv's with just hashes.

Comparing my release to the well known NFS3 repack:

Notice how the first (original) sfv is in the same format as my Populous:

Mine seems similar to the original NFS3. But look at the hours and minutes in sfv, it was generated in just 4 minutes.
It usually took 1-3 hours back in 1998, here are 2 games that are 100% original:

And NFS3 in almost 3 hours.

So I won't upload mine, it would just make more confusion if it starts flowing around.
