Quake 2 - yes, but it has main game + expansions on just one CD, not 3 separate CD's. This is a 2001 re-release (scene release is from 2002 for some reason) and not original release.
To be more clear:
CD1 - WinQuake + Glquake, without expansions
CD2 - Q2 + 2 expansions
CD3 - Q3, without Team Arena
