sometimes there are different versions reported in game versus the Readme File, or even in the Uninstall. It gets too complicated. It depends if the person was able to install the game or relied on the readme file etc. .

In Readme File, in the Uninstall, or exe file properties, version is not specified in these two games. In game menu only.
After installing the patch, the version in the menu changes according to the patch.
