Hi guys so I wanted to ask about these 2 games, they were never released officially in English but of course the RE fandom did the job, they're called Biohazard 2 (Sourcenext) and Biohazard 3: Last Escape (Sourcenext), does anybody know where I can get them? or a link to them?

Because each game requires a different installation, and all games will be portable versions after their respective "installations."

Hi guys,

I am trying to find a particular release of the old RTS game

Earth 2150: Escape from the Blue Planet

which I used to have on one of my storage DVDs that went bad. The release is on 1 CD only (normally the game comes in 2CDs), in this format:

EARTH2150CD_ENG_.mds DONE
EARTH2150CD_ENG_.mdf DONE

and currently is only available on some Polish paid download site, which is no go for me.

Does anyone happen to have this thingy? If yes, can you please help a guy out?

     Enthalten sind die 50 alten Standart-Mission des Originals und die 70
     neuen Missionen (in Kampagnen unterteilt) aus dem Mission Pack 1. 

     Hier nun erstmal ein kleiner Auszug vorum es bei EARTH 2140 eigentlich
     geht:

     Wir schreiben das Jahr 2140. Nach zahlreichen Kriegen und Umwelt-
     katastrophen beschliessen die Regierungen der United Civilized
     Staates (UCS) und der Eurasischen Dynasty (ED), die Bevoelkerung beider
     Staaten in die unterirdisch angebauten Staedte zu evakuieren. Der ameri-
     kanische Kontinent, Westeuropa und Nordafrika bilden die UCS, die ED
     umfasst Osteuropa und Asien. Australien und weite Teile Afrikas sind
     in den vergangenen Jahren fatalen Kriegen zum Opfer gefallen. Die
     Gebiete sind extrem verseucht und nicht mehr bevoelkert. Lebenswichtige
     Ressourcen werden knapp, die letzten Vorkommen muessen auf der Erdober-
     flaeche gefoerdert werden. Ein erbitterter Kampf entbrennt - der finale
     Weltkrieg ist die Folge. Beide Staaten versuchen ihre Hoheitsgebiete
     auszudehnen - um zu ueberleben! Nur die richtige Strategie und der
     uneingeschraenkte Siegeswille fuehren zum Erfolg.

* Earth 2140- Mission Pack 1 v1.29 (Installer) (De) (1998)(TopWare Interactive) [Strategy].zip - CD-ZIP of the ccd image of the same name. This is a complete game and doesn't require the original E2140 to be available. This makes sense as the DYNASTY release wasn't requiring the main game as well.

It almost seems that the version indicates if the expansions are present, v1.32 could be mission pack 2 perhaps ?

I wasn't able to get any original image so far, if you find some, please share them!

I've checked for releases of this title in: https://archive.org/details/warez-releases-catalog-twc

an archive with over 11 million of warez releases but didn't find a logical match, however, a 'z' in the left corner ? If I recall correctly, that's a p2p (kazaa) release back then right ? If so, the eDonkey network may still have this VCD.

I'm pretty sure I did not download it on p2p in 1999 Napster only appeared in June that year and was the first one if I recall.

Those public db-s suck hard when it comes to older releases, most of them missing. Release was most probably Star.Wars.Episode.1.The.Phantom.Menace.REAL.TELESYNC-EViLISO

I think i got the EVILISO one ... quality was ok especially on TV. I remember people astonished by quality since was only telesync and all the thread on boards like isonews and others... would be interested to find back for preservation purpose but i think they gone for good...

That's what I do too. Whether you should left these blank lines as they are or get rid of them - it's up to you.

I'm bit late to the party, but regarding double blank lines in problematic .NFOs:

If you turn on invisible characters in Notepad++, you'll see that new lines are CR CR LF which is obviously the result of improper EOL conversion between Linux and Mac or WIndows and Mac.
However, Notepad++ can easily handle this, just do Replace, check Search mode: Extended and replace \r\r\n with \r\n. This will replace CR CR LF with CR LF.

However the nfo you posted is for Star.Wars.Episode.1.TS-VCD.Europe. I actually have the .mpg files still, but didn't keep the rars unfortunately. I was young and poor, so i burnt the movies ready to watch instead of spending more $$$ on blanks to archive the release.
