The only record for this release on srrdb is repack. So impossible to reconstruct.

I came across this interesting release and suspect it's also a repack:

If you look at the file attribute in the rar, both rzr-ac3.cue and rzr-ac3.bin have the "archive attribute 0x20"
as well as "content not indexed attribute 0x2000".
However, the "content not indexed" attribute was only introduced in Windows 7 for NTFS file system.
It's impossible for a file to have this attribute set in Win9x era.
Apparently it's a home-made repack.

Also I came across another release which confused me again.
Full.Throttle-FX

2 versions exist. One with archive name fx-ftrtl.rar dated 2002 and the other full.rar 2004. Which one is original??
Most people would think the one dated 2002
However I Checked predb.org and predb.ovh, both indicates it was actually pred on 2004-03-24, exactly the same date as the 2004 one.
So hard to decide
Any opinions here?

Full.Throttle-FX was pred on 2002-06-07, fx-ftrtl.rar is correct.
I asked about Air_Command_3-Razor1911, it's possible that it has 0x2000 before Windows XP came out, RAR fucks attributes sometimes. Anyway, it's not a known repack and I doubt this game would be repacked.
Fun fact, only 1998 and 1999 have repacks with date modifying. 2000 and 2001 are actually quite complete, I'm mostly missing just 2000 CROC.2-DEViANCE.

Why both predb.org and predb.ovh's record show pre in 2004?

10.962 B - 6-11 minutes later dates, so RLS-Crc was added later
If you delete NFO and DIZ from both, you get same CRC, so no repack here.

4.590 B - has comment added - This file have been abused by arabs from the MiDDLE-EASt.

ZIPs get modified, that's just how it is. And some use scripts that strip comments and ads.

There are several guys over at DataHoarder(Reddit) claiming they have been collecting the files during the BBS days..... some say they have bunch of HDDs with stuff on it (not just games). Who knows... maybe some of them has the "lost "treasures"?!?!
